CPAP Therapy Consultant

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is a leading medical gas supplier with a strong focus on respiratory diseases and sleep diagnostics. We are seeking an experienced Retail Consultant/CPAP Therapy Consultant to join our Devonport clinic.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, providing guidance and support throughout their CPAP therapy journey
  • Engage clients through various channels, including in-person, phone, and email communications to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Offer expert advice on CPAP equipment setup, ongoing service requirements, and maintenance to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Promote and upsell our product range and services to meet the evolving needs of our clients
  • Maintain and sterilise clinic equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients
  • Maintain inventory and process clinic orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery of services

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail, healthcare, or sales environments, with a strong understanding of customer service principles
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and communicate complex information effectively
  • Independent clinic management capability, with strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Broad experience with customer service across all stages of customer interaction, with a keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines
  • Proficiency with Google Suite applications, with the ability to adapt to new technology and systems
