CPAP Therapy Specialist

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Consultant/CPAP Therapy Consultant to join our Devonport clinic. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing bespoke solutions, treatments, and management for obstructive sleep apnea to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the initial point of contact for both new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Engage clients through various channels, including in-person, phone, and email communications, to promote our product range and services.
- Offer guidance on CPAP equipment, setup, and ongoing service requirements, ensuring clients receive the best possible care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
- Promote and upsell our product range and services, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve client satisfaction.
- Maintain and sterilize clinic equipment, ensuring a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
- Maintain inventory and process clinic orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products and services.
- Previous experience in a retail, healthcare, or sales environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
- Independent clinic management capability, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Broad experience with customer service across all stages of customer interaction, including sales, service, and support.
- Proficiency with Google Suite applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
