About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Aged Care Support Worker to join our team as a Grade 3 Aged Care Support Professional - Independent Living Specialist. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care and support to elderly clients, enabling them to live independently with dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and domestic assistance to clients in their own homes, respecting their unique needs and preferences.
  • Support clients with medication management as part of their individualized care plans.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable in their own environment.
  • Accurately document care activities using an iPad and report any concerns or observations to the Coordinator or Admin team.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification.
  • Australian Driver's License, Car Registration, and Comprehensive Car Insurance.
  • First Aid & CPR Certification.
  • Willingness to undergo a Police Check and maintain up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum + benefits
