Job Description:

This role offers you the chance to work on the frontline of animal management services, providing a broad spectrum of responsibilities including investigating dog attacks, responding to customer requests, and promoting compliance under the Domestic Animals Act 1994.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate complex matters under the Domestic Animals Act 1994
• Respond to customer requests and resolve issues promptly
• Provide animal management services, including containing loose dogs and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Promote responsible pet ownership and engage with the community

What You Will Need:

• A strong understanding of animal management principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary range of $35.05 - $37.07 per hour, plus superannuation. We also offer a range of benefits including flexible work arrangements, monthly RDOs, and access to health and wellbeing programs.
