Job Title: Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team in Lismore, Ballina, and Tweed Heads areas.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with individuals with disabilities, providing personal care and support in their homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-home personal care and daily living assistance, including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, and house cleaning.
  • Support clients with community-based recreational and social activities, such as transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.
  • Work collaboratively with clients and their loved ones to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.
  • Blue Card or NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Fully COVID vaccinated, as per NSW Government Health Regulations.
  • Valid rights to work in Australia.
