Disability Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team in the Ballina region. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently and participate in their communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered support to NDIS participants in their daily lives
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household management
  • Support participants to engage in community activities and pursue their interests
  • Collaborate with other support staff and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check/Yellow Card
  • Blue Card preferred
  • Updated Police Check
  • First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Driver's license and reliable transport
  • Fully COVID vaccinated and boosted (as per NSW Health Regulations)
  • Valid rights to work in Australia
