A key role exists to shape the future of assurance in a rapidly evolving field.
As a Lead Sustainability Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continually enhancing our sustainability assurance methodology in alignment with Australian Standards on Sustainability Assurance Engagements (ASSA).
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and maintain our sustainability assurance methodology in line with ASSA 5000 and other emerging standards.
- Provide technical guidance and respond to complex queries on sustainability assurance engagements from client-facing teams.
- Collaborate with audit and assurance teams to ensure the effective application of assurance methodology in sustainability-related engagements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of sustainability assurance specialists.
- You possess a graduate degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business majoring in Accounting and/or Finance.
- You hold CA qualification (or equivalent) with excellent technical accounting knowledge and skills, including applied knowledge of Australian Accounting and Auditing Standards.
