Asset Management Expert Role

This is a key opportunity to shape the transition to renewable energy systems and decarbonisation as a leading Asset Management Engineer. Working closely with clients across various sectors, you will provide strategic project and operational support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies for critical equipment, including spares assessments and CMMS builds.
  • Create preventative maintenance plans and procedures to ensure optimal asset performance.
  • Collaborate with vendors to secure timely availability of spare parts and equipment.
  • Review, enhance and improve asset management systems and processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to colleagues.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Substantial experience in maintenance and/or operations, preferably in AM consulting teams.
  • Expertise in developing and managing CMMS and/or Integrity systems and databases.
  • Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis, FMECA/FMEA, and Equipment hierarchy development.
  • Ability to drive projects using data-driven insights.
  • Demonstrated initiative to extend service opportunities with existing clients.
  • Proven leadership skills.
