Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Live Bird Handler to join our team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Primary responsibility is handling live birds with utmost care and precision
  • Gripping and hanging chicken in a repetitive manner
  • E nsuring livestock is treated humanely
  • Work effectively within production flow by keeping up with constant movement
  • Standing for long periods of time

Key Requirements:

  • Able to work efficiently with live birds in cold and wet conditions
  • Comfortable working in an industrial setting
  • Physically fit and reliable
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
  • High level of attention to detail

Working Arrangements:

  • Daytime work only (Monday and Thursday)
  • 4am start (6-8 hours per day)
  • Prolonged standing required
