**Key Responsibilities**:

- Hanging live birds on the processing line for start of production
- Performing evisceration duties, including removing internal organs of the birds
- Inspecting birds for defects or abnormalities and removing any birds that do not meet quality standards
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in accordance with hygiene and safety standards

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Have a reliable method of transport
- Full weekday availability
- Double vaccination against COVID-19
- Must have full working rights within Australia (VISA holders are encouraged to apply)
