
Advancing Health Equity in Primary Care

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a full-time fixed term role. This position is responsible for coordinating the implementation of The PRIDE Co-Design Project, supporting the recruitment and engagement of primary healthcare clinical sites, and providing quality improvement coaching and support.
The successful candidate will contribute to existing health access and equity initiatives, working collaboratively with PHN teams, key partners, and sector stakeholders. They will bring relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in health management, health promotion, public health, and/or project management, as well as strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the implementation of The PRIDE Co-Design Project
- Supporting the recruitment and engagement of primary healthcare clinical sites
- Providing quality improvement coaching and support
- Contributing to existing health access and equity initiatives
