Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious individual to join our team as a Digital Operations Coordinator.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the digital operations of one of our major supermarket accounts.

As a Digital Operations Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content across various platforms
  • Develop and implement electronic distributed mail (EDM) newsletter campaigns on a weekly basis
  • Coordinate videography and photography services for clients, including setting up equipment, recording content, and basic editing
  • Plan and create content for blogs, newsletters, and videos
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including graphic designers and web developers
  • Identify requirements from clients and create schedules to ensure deliverables are met
  • Analyse and review analytics and campaign success, providing recommendations for improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Great interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
  • Previous customer service experience
  • A driver's license to travel around Sydney Metro
  • Presentable and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
