Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team. As a key member of our Surgical Inpatient Unit, you will play a vital role in shaping the competence and confidence of our nursing staff through hands-on training, mentoring, and continuous education.

This is a rare and specialised opportunity for a motivated nurse eager to expand their professional skills and make a meaningful impact. The successful candidate will have current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA, demonstrated recent clinical experience in the Surgical environment, and proven experience delivering education with an understanding of learning and assessment principles.

Requirements
