Key Leadership Role: Head of Retail Systems

This pivotal leadership position plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency and consistency throughout the retail organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading change management initiatives, streamlining processes, and overseeing the implementation and optimisation of critical retail systems.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in driving operational efficiency and standardisation within a retail environment.
  • A Diploma-level qualification, or Bachelor's equivalent in a related field is required.
  • Strong technical and systems knowledge is essential, particularly in areas such as shopify, cin7, omneo, acuity, and brauz IQ.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are highly valued.

As the Head of Retail Systems, you will be responsible for analysing and documenting comprehensive operational workflows to enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability across all retail touch points. You will lead and champion smooth transitions for new systems, processes, and retail strategies, and oversee the successful implementation and continuous optimisation of critical retail systems.
