About this role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Part Time Demi Chef to join our dynamic Kitchen team.

A taste of your day-to-day:

  • Prepare high-quality dishes across various outlets
  • Deliver variety in food production, from breakfast to bespoke dinners
  • Support the development of Commis Chefs, Cooks, and Stewards with kitchen leadership guidance
  • Collaborate with Front of House to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Maintain highest standards of hygiene, consistency, and food safety, with accurate record-keeping
  • Receive and inspect deliveries, ensuring accurate invoicing
  • Take ownership of tasks to meet business needs

About you

  • 2 years experience as a Chef with supervisory exposure required
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
  • Experience across diverse cuisines and cooking techniques
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A keen eye for detail in fast-paced environments
  • Flexibility to work across rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Pride in presentation – uniform and grooming standards essential
  • Licence to work in Australia
