Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and develop a team responsible for delivering digital solutions on time and to high standards.
- Drive continuous improvement of Agile methodologies, tools, and processes across the digital engineering team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of solutions that align with our business goals.
- Architect and design efficient, secure, and cost-effective software solutions, following industry best practices and organisational standards.
- Manage the capability and capacity of the digital engineering team, ensuring resources align with project needs and timelines.
- Foster a culture of high-quality patient care through innovative digital solutions that enhance workflows and interactions.
- 7+ years of experience in technology-related roles.
- 5+ years leading software development teams, with at least 3 years in an Agile environment.
- Experience in solution architecture, automation, cloud technologies, and CRM.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop your team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage key stakeholders effectively.
- Generous salary of up to $195k + super for the right candidate.
