Aged Care Professional

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aged Care Professional to join our team. As a Personal Care Worker, you will provide exceptional care and support to seniors in our community home.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Assist elderly residents with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Support mobility and transfers to ensure comfort and safety.
  • Prepare and serve meals to ensure proper nutrition.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Disability.
  • 6+ months of experience in Aged Care.
  • Influenza Vaccine Record.
  • Australian Police Check (or willingness to undergo one).
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to get one).
  • Full working rights in Australia.
