We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Educator to join our team at Busy Bees Australia Employer Pty Ltd. As a Lead Educator, you will play a key role in providing high-quality education and care to our children, while also mentoring and guiding other educators in the room or setting.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality education and care to children.
  • Design, implement, and assess educational programs that cater to the individual needs of children.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to promote a collaborative environment.
  • Ensure compliance with the National Quality Standard (NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent as recognized by ACECQA).
  • A current and valid check that confirms the candidate's suitability to work with children.
  • First Aid certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
