Key Responsibilities:
  • Collate and evaluate tender documentation, including awards, to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Assist with progress claims and external variations to minimize disruptions.
  • Review, negotiate, and finalize subcontracts to safeguard project interests.
  • Manage and track project expenditure, including subcontractor claims, to maintain financial stability.
  • Administer RFIs to clients, architects, and consultants to ensure seamless communication.
  • Oversee the project HSE system to guarantee a safe working environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator in Australia's fitout and refurbishment space.
  • Intermediate-level Contracts Administrators are welcome to apply; tertiary qualifications in Construction Management are preferred but not essential.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering commercial fitout and refurbishment projects is crucial for success.
  • Knowledge of the NSW construction market and subcontractors is necessary for effective collaboration.
  • Strong attention to detail and proven communication skills are vital for successful project outcomes.
