Job Description

We're seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Campaign Ideas Manager. This role involves developing and executing creative campaigns that drive results for our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing client briefs from conception to presentation
  2. Developing campaign ideas that cut through and drive results
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life

You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You'll need to be able to think on your feet, be adaptable, and thrive in a dynamic atmosphere.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record in a similar role, preferably in media or an agency setting
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • The ability to write competently and concisely, explaining complex ideas in a punchy and impactful way
  • Familiarity with marketing theory and its application in real-world scenarios
