Job Description

The Opportunity

Step up to the plate and take the lead on full-flavour marketing campaigns – from first idea to final slice You'll identify trends that bring delicious products to market, lead brand partnerships, roll out merchandise, and print support, slice through post-campaign analysis to measure ROI, and assist with ATL media planning across Australia.

Reporting to the Head of Campaigns and based in our Camberwell office (with some work from home too), success in this role will see you contribute to the management of the Bakers Delight brand and reputation

Working closing with our Campaigns and broader Marketing team, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end campaign management including briefing, creative development, stakeholder engagement, and execution across POS and ATL channels.
  • Oversee campaign budgets and supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and accurate financial reporting.
  • Drive campaign performance and insights, including post-campaign analysis, media reporting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all marketing collateral, packaging, and training content.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, agencies, and suppliers to deliver impactful seasonal and brand campaigns.

We're looking for a retail marketing professional with proven experience in FMCG or retail settings, who can juggle comprehensive campaigns and deliver results that rise above the rest. You'll bring a proven track record in developing and executing successful retail campaigns, managing media and advertising agencies, and keeping budgets and timelines on track.

Degree-qualified in marketing or a related field, you're a strategic thinker with sharp project management skills and a flair for performance tracking. You lead by example, communicate with clarity, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. If you're organised, accountable, and driven by customer satisfaction, we'd love to see what you bring to the table.
