The Personal Care Assistant (Hydration & Nutrition) plays a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing personalized care and support in the provision of meals under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse and Enrolled Nurse.
This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your skills and experience as a PCA working collaboratively with the kitchen team to serve meals to residents in the dining room. If you are passionate about caring and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Adhere to the food safety plan to ensure the highest standards of food handling and preparation.
- Provide health and personal care to residents under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse and Enrolled Nurse.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to serve meals to residents in the dining room.
- Food Handling Certificate (HLTFSE001)
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
- Current and valid police check
- Vaccination certificate
