You are a seasoned leader who thrives on strategic growth, innovation, and results-driven initiatives. You bring:

  • Proven leadership experience in employment, disability, or community services, with a track record of success.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including budget management, revenue growth, and contractual expertise.
  • Expertise in building and maintaining robust employer networks and community partnerships.
  • Able to navigate complex change environments while sustaining high team performance.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, human services, or related fields (highly desirable).
