Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Teaching Administrator to provide senior administrative support to our Head of Teaching and Learning.

This is a fast-paced role that requires someone with exceptional organizational skills, ability to manage multiple competing priorities and excellent communication skills.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high level administrative support, including diary management, coordination of meetings, minute taking, following up with agendas and supporting on various projects within the learning and teaching department.

This includes preparing agendas, documenting minutes of meetings, distributing results of assessments to parents, collating and preparing documentation for regulatory authorities, providing teaching staff with reminders regarding their accreditation, ensuring all policies and procedures are up-to-date and collecting and providing data to staff on a regular basis.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting at a senior level within administration, be experienced in working in a fast-paced office environment, able to work well under pressure managing multiple competing priorities, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft packages.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to the Head of Teaching and Learning
  2. Diary management
  3. Communicate closely with internal members of staff as required
  4. Prepare agendas, document minutes of meetings
  5. Distribute results of assessments to parents
  6. Collate and prepare documentation for regulatory authorities
  7. Provide teaching staff with reminders regarding their accreditation
  8. Ensure all policies and procedures are up-to-date

About You

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • Prior experience supporting at a senior level within administration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Able to work well under pressure managing multiple competing priorities

Please note that experience working within the education sector is desirable but not essential.
