Regional Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a results-driven hospitality professional to lead day-to-day operations in our Nhulunbuy establishment.
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for creating an environment where customers feel at home and staff feel empowered.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Leading hotel operations in partnership with senior management
- Developing team members to achieve service excellence
- Ensuring compliance across various standards
- Managing staffing, reservations, beverage service, and POS operations
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Leadership and team development experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting
- Customer-focused approach with a proactive attitude towards service delivery
- RSA & RSG certifications essential; knowledge of gaming and WHS regulations preferred
- Experience managing daily hotel operations, including staffing, reservations, beverage service, and POS
- Commercial acumen with understanding of stock control, revenue opportunities, and cost efficiency
