Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Educator to join our team. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of Educators and delivering exceptional educational programs.
The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) and strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. They will also hold a current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.
- Safety and Inclusivity: Commit to safety and inclusivity, ensuring that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.
