Chief Academic Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Educator to lead our team of dedicated Educators and deliver exceptional educational programs.

• Lead a team of Educators to develop, implement, and maintain high-quality educational programs that cater to diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with the Leadership Team and Educational Leader to drive continuous improvement and excellence in teaching practices.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for all children.

• Design and implement engaging educational programs that foster creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Build strong relationships with families and community partners to enhance children's experiences and outcomes.
• Manage accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
