Lead Swim School Coordinator

We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to lead our swim school team.

About the Role

This leadership position involves implementing and promoting aquatic programs, driving processes to ensure program success, and supporting business plan objectives.

  • Implement and promote aquatic programs in line with established standards.
  • Drive processes and practices to ensure program success.
  • Support delivery of business objectives and events calendar.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents as required.
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
About You

You are passionate about swimming and have excellent communication skills. You naturally build strong relationships and foster a positive environment.

To Succeed In This Role, You Will Have
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a swim school environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and support a team.
  • Strong alignment with values: integrity, excellence, courage, openness, respect, leadership, and accountability.
The Qualifications

You will require:

  • National Police Check.
  • Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • Working With Children Check.
  • Current Swim Certificate - Teaching of water swimming and water safety.
