We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Specialist to join the Commercial Team of our System Business Group in Sydney, reporting to the B2B Marketing Manager - SYS BG.

As the Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in bringing the B2B marketing strategy to life through various marketing channels and activities including digital, PR & communication, campaigns, events, partner marketing and other ATL or BTL activities. If you are looking to roll up your sleeves and make a real impact, this is your chance.

Key aspects of the role are including but not limited to:

  • Support in the execution and reporting of impactful commercial marketing activities;
  • Work closely with the B2B Marketing Manager and support the Commercial Team to with BTL Marketing needs;
  • Coordinate and execute a wide range of events - from industry/trade expos to ASUS-led activations;
  • Manage and organise branded merchandise;
  • Gather and compile campaign results and proof-of-execution to support invoice processing and vendor funding claims;
  • Contribute to the upkeep and enhancement of internal tools such as Product Guides, as well as internal tools and systems, including Partner Alliance and public website.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing / Communication
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar roles
  • Excellent writing & communication skills
  • Hands-on event management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & G-suite
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn
  • Highly organised with the ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Able to multitask and thrive under pressure
  • Confident in communicating effectively and building positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Australian citizen or permanent resident with unlimited working rights within Australia, no overseas applicants.
