Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver customer and property services to an allocated portfolio
  • Develop and maintain relationships with occupiers and clients
  • Conduct building inspections and complete reports within governance timeframes
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, client contracts, and facilities procedures
  • Manage administration and organize information for senior management
  • Coordinate facilities works with vendors and JLL Projects & Development Services
  • Monitor and manage Help Desk/service outputs to meet or exceed KPIs
  • Promote teamwork and performance excellence across the portfolio

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience in corporate real estate or facilities-related fields
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Facilities, or Trade-related fields (desirable)
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to sites across the portfolio
  • Understanding of basic technical aspects of property management (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements (advantageous)
