About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Supervisor to lead our team of lab professionals and ensure accurate testing and high-quality standards in a specialised manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing quality plans, monitoring adherence to laboratory processes, including LIMS and record collection, and supporting product trials and development initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include developing, mentoring and training your team, setting KPIs, driving continuous improvement projects, maintaining laboratory equipment and making day-to-day quality decisions on low-level defects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a quality / lab leadership position.
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in science, engineering or tertiary education degree.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and compliance.
