About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for people-focused and customer-centric individuals to play a fundamental role in upholding Jones Radiology's brand promise of delivering an outstanding patient and referrer experience.
This role is based in our Central Contact Centre in Adelaide's CBD, with future work-from-home options available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a high-quality inbound call experience for Jones Radiology clinics.
- Interact with patients and referrers to schedule medical imaging appointments.
- Respond to calls & enquiries in a timely, professional, and caring manner.
- Provide care and an outstanding patient and referrer experience.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and managers.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills, including active listening, objective questioning, and helping others.
- Demonstrated customer service experience and previous call centre experience will be highly regarded.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
