About the Opportunity

We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our dedicated clinical team in Adelaide. As a Medical Imaging Assistant, you will work closely with technical and clerical staff members to improve patient healthcare through accessible, empathetic, and innovative imaging solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for procedures and examinations, providing clear explanations and information before and during the examination
  • Cannulate patients appropriately as required and assist technical staff with patient positioning
  • Deliver excellent customer service and patient care, developing strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and managers
  • Perform general duties as outlined in the attached position description

  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for care and empathy
  • Demonstrated customer service experience, previous medical reception or clinical experience will be highly regarded
  • Demonstrated initiative, proactivity, and willingness to learn
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
Our Competitive Remuneration Package

$63,000 - $73,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a generous benefits package including:
