Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging educational programs that promote child development and well-being.
- Lead and motivate a team of educators to achieve excellence in early childhood education.
- Work collaboratively with the centre leadership team to drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
- Relevant teaching registration (if applicable).
- Current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain.
- First aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willingness to obtain.
- Permanent position with flexible working arrangements available.
- 4 hours paid training prior to commencement to set you up for success.
