Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to make a difference in the lives of young children.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality education and care for children from birth to 5 years old.

This includes:

  • Fostering a nurturing and engaging environment that encourages children to grow and develop physically, emotionally, socially, and cognitively.
  • Developing and implementing programs that align with the Early Learning Years Framework and promote inclusivity for all children.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions between educators and to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Participating in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Early Childhood philosophy supported by an age-responsive approach to teaching and learning.
  • A commitment to inspiring children to reach their full potential.
  • A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) degree approved by ACECQA.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Registration as a teacher or eligibility to apply.
