Early Childhood Centre Leadership Opportunity

Our purpose-built centre is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Centre Director to lead our team of Educators in providing high-quality care and education for children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing daily centre operations, leading the team of Educators, and creating an inclusive, stimulating, and educational environment for children.
  • Developing and implementing engaging educational programs that cater to children's interests and developmental needs.
  • Providing leadership by example, supporting and mentoring Educators, encouraging them to contribute to program planning, and promoting a culture of continuous development and improvement.
  • Maintaining high-quality care and education standards while ensuring a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (or equivalent).
  • Current Child Protection Qualification, First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management Training, and CPR certification.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead a team and engage with families.
