About the Role:
  • This casual merchandising position involves representing our brand in the grocery channel, including major retailers and independent stores.
  • You will be responsible for negotiating, selling, and building displays to optimize store presence for our products based on a weekly work plan.
  • Availability between Wednesday and Friday is essential, with the ability to work additional hours on Monday and Tuesday during busy periods.
  • As a casual merchandiser, you will work between 46-50 weeks of the year, excluding a shutdown period mid-December to the first week in January.
Key Responsibilities:
  • A valid driver's license and a safe, reliable motor vehicle are required.
  • Physical ability to lift stock for building displays and utilize creative point-of-sale materials.
  • Proficiency using a mobile device (provided) to collate data and photograph displays.
  • Residency within the designated area is necessary.
  • Ability to work safely and plan effectively to achieve commercial outcomes.
