**Job Role:**

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our team. As a key part of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food to the correct specification.
  • Operate kitchen work stations, including grills, fryers, microwaves, and more.
  • Work as a team to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
  • Follow food hygiene and allergen, as well as health and safety, standards.
  • Clean as you go, including full kitchen clean-downs.
  • Rotate stock and store food safely.
  • Complete required induction, role-specific, and ongoing refresher training and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • No experience is necessary, just a good attitude and willingness to learn.
  • A calm head under pressure is essential.
