Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Relationships Ambassador to join our Fundraising Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in building meaningful connections with supporters and raising funds to support our programs and services.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact existing supporters to make welcome calls, update details and request donations
  • Answer inbound calls, manage queries, cancellations and complaint handling
  • Contribute to the achievement of income generation and provide exceptional customer service at every opportunity
  • Update and maintain accurate information in our database
  • Perform general administration tasks

Requirements for Success:

  • Experience in a customer-facing / relationship-building role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Maintain confidentiality, self-motivation, initiative and be an excellent team player
  • Attention-to-detail to ensure accurate information
  • Proficiency across Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook
