Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic Patient Coordinator/Admissions to join our team at a highly specialised specialist centre.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and greet patients, ensuring a high level of customer service and care.
- Book appointments and hospital procedures, managing patient data and correspondence.
- Manage invoicing and receipting of consultations, as well as financial eligibility and admissions.
- Prepare surgery and consult quotations, providing clear explanations to patients.
- Work effectively in a small team environment, providing superior customer service and admin support.
- Utilise strong knowledge of Medicare and Health fund billing, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Prior experience in a similar role, with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- Proven ability to manage your own workload, work effectively in a team, and establish efficient office systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare and Health fund billing, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
