Campaign Developer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Developer to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing a new Marketing Automation Platform, migrating complex campaigns from the existing platform to the new one and ensuring seamless transitions.

  • Campaign Development:
  • Develop timely and accurate campaigns using best practice multi-channel workflows.
  • Manage and maintain campaign automation, working closely with stakeholders to ensure delivery capabilities meet business requirements.

Tracking and Performance Monitoring:

  • Set up performance measures for all campaigns.
  • Advise key stakeholders on measuring campaign objectives.
  • Automate report delivery for ongoing campaigns.

Maintaining High Data Quality and Supporting Processes:

  • Ensure platform-generated data meets high standards, consistency, and completeness, aligning with documented processes and procedures.
  • Creation and management of individual campaign run sheets, technical documentation, and procedures.

Campaign Compliance with Legislation:

  • Design and execute campaigns in compliance with Australian Privacy and SPAM acts.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Experience with enterprise-grade marketing automation platforms (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Proficiency in SQL for data handling, extraction, and manipulation.
  • Understanding of digital consent and privacy legislation.
