We are seeking a dedicated Learning and Growth Specialist to support our efforts in delivering impactful training strategies and programs. This role is ideal for an individual who can design and lead creative learning initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and evaluate the effectiveness of training activities.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop comprehensive training plans that align with our organizational objectives and support digital transformation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify areas for improvement.
- Evaluate and analyze training data to inform future learning strategies and ensure seamless transitions.
- Baseline clearance is a must for this position.
- The successful candidate will be based in Canberra, Melbourne, or Brisbane.
- Proficiency in planning and executing training strategies is essential.
