Country Banking Risk Management Specialist

The Country Banking KYC Analyst is responsible for efficiently and competently handling first line responsibilities in the completion, review, maintenance, and administration of various County Banking Business Support activities.
This role requires ongoing KYC assessment for low and medium risk clients, outreach to clients via calls and emails for KYC requirements, and assisting front-line staff in completing CDD requirements by providing training. Additionally, this position involves regularly updating SharePoint and other reporting systems as directed, and supporting respective businesses in managing their risk by ensuring alignment to a standardized approach to customer due diligence processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the financial services industry, specifically in KYC and financial crime, as well as a general understanding of AML/CTF legislation, Code of Banking Practice, and FATCA. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also essential, along with experience working across multiple activities in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
