We are seeking an exceptional Practice Lead to join our team at Northern Territory PHN. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in promoting client wellbeing and excellence in service delivery.

About the Role:

This is a rare opportunity to make a genuine difference to the delivery of quality services. As Practice Lead, you will provide clinical leadership for our counselling teams, specialising in individual, family, and relationship services. You will promote client wellbeing and safety through ethical, evidence-based practices, while ensuring counsellors are provided professional development and clinical supervision in accordance with organisational requirements.

In this dynamic and growth-oriented role, you will collaborate with the Practice Quality Leadership group and Management team to drive continuous improvement and uphold our reputation for excellence in therapeutic services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and direction to our counselling teams
  • Promote client wellbeing and safety through evidence-based practices
  • Ensure counsellors receive professional development and clinical supervision
  • Collaborate with the Practice Quality Leadership group and Management team
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or a related field
  • Eligibility for membership of relevant professional association
  • Extensive experience in a broad range of client services and counselling practices
  • Proven experience in clinical supervision and evaluating counselling programs
