About this opportunity
">- As a seasoned professional, you will lead a team of Allied Health and Clinical staff, working collaboratively with clients, their families, and the broader Home and Community Care team to embed best practice in the delivery of clinical services and education.
This will involve implementing clinical policies and practices throughout our services in the South Coast region, ensuring compliance with Aged Care standards and other relevant legislation.
">You will provide clinical expertise and advice, manage clinical risks, ensure quality assurance, and contribute to clinical governance.
">In this role, you will be responsible for mentoring, educating, and advising the local HACC team, embedding best practice in the delivery of clinical services and advice.
">A tertiary qualification in a Nursing or Allied Health field is required, along with Current Australian Health Professional Registration Authority (AHPRA) registration or other relevant regulatory authority.
">You should have well-developed understanding of contemporary Aged Care clinical practice and community-based service delivery, as well as significant experience in mentoring and providing advice to teams and employees.
">We encourage applications from people who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander.
