Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our tax advisory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of staff, preparing financial statements and tax returns, and providing leadership and mentoring to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of staff to ensure high-quality work and achieve business objectives.
  • Prepare year-end financial statements, periodic tax returns, and monthly management reporting for a diverse group of clients.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to enable junior team members to achieve goals and targets sustainably.
  • Manage a book of clients from start to finish, ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Assist the Director in managing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
