Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned business development professional to lead our finance division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new and profitable programs with partners, fostering strong external relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth.

This role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery of the best finance experience and training as required. Regular business reviews will be prepared and presented to key partners and customers.

About the Role
  • Foster a collaborative working environment with internal stakeholders.
  • Work with existing and new partners, brokers, and direct customers to deliver exceptional service and support.
  • Develop and maintain face-to-face relationships with internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be accountable for achieving business volume, margin, penetration, and satisfaction targets. They will also develop long-term and profitable business relationships with program partners, customers, or brokers.

Your Qualifications
  • Proven exposure to business development and relationship management of third-party asset finance introducers.
  • A customer-centric approach with a history of sales growth and success.
  • The ability to acquire new customers or third-party partners.
  • Experience in operating lease and rental products across medical and IT equipment.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in commerce, business, economics, or a related field.

You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion while providing exceptional service to our partners and customers.
