Drive Sales Growth

Queensland Computers seeks an experienced sales leader to drive growth through market analysis and identifying new opportunities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable conducting a week's induction in Bundaberg with intermittent travel throughout their tenure.


About the Role:
  • Lead and motivate sales teams to deliver results.
  • Design and execute Go-To-Market sales strategies that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to increase recurring revenue and retention.
  • Represent Queensland Computers at industry events and key client meetings.
  • Manage the preparation of compelling tenders, proposals, and submissions.

Key Qualifications:
  • Proven success in sales leadership within technology or managed services.
  • Demonstrated record of growing teams, exceeding revenue targets, and driving recurring service sales.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in CRM/reporting tools and data analysis.
