Job Description:

Digital Product Owners are accountable for driving digital solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences. They lead scrum teams in defining epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Key responsibilities include conducting user acceptance testing, setting sprint goals, and prioritization.

  • Taking ownership of products within a scrum team, including requirements gathering, epic definition, and detailed user story creation with complete acceptance criteria.
  • Delivering projects and initiatives on plan and budget with minimal defects.
  • Facilitating workshops, engaging with feature teams, and participating in high-level development and design estimates.
  • Supporting content owners and digital producers managing content-managed experiences.
  • Advocating for existing content-managed capabilities to ensure proper utilization and realization of their benefits.
  • Working closely with architects and tech leads to ensure alignment with industry standards and governance models.
  • Contributing to delivering strategic content management solutions with clear cost/benefit analysis.
  • Identifying opportunities for enhancing business processes by leveraging digital technologies.

  • Hands-on experience with content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager experience is desirable).
