This role requires an experienced Supply Chain professional to oversee Regional Service Inventory operations. Responsibilities include managing a network of remote forward-stocking and depot locations for parts distribution, ensuring same-day availability and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a track record of leading efficient supply chain strategies, managing multiple projects, and making informed analytical decisions.

The selected individual will optimize client performance, maintain accuracy, increase longevity, and improve fiscal efficiency throughout the service parts network. They will drive continual focus on customer experience and industry-class-leading performance for equipment availability. Key responsibilities include managing inventory field stocking levels, performing stocking analysis and adjustment recommendations, and determining best acquisition models.

To be successful in this position, candidates should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and NetSuite/Oracle Field Services. Industry knowledge and attention to detail are also highly valued.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in service, supply chain, or a related field, with prior experience in service or supply chain operations for cash management technology equipment preferred. Prior experience managing in-house and outsourced repair operations is also desired.
